Orhun Kartal, born in 1969 in Manisa, graduated from Ankara Science High School in 1986. He completed his undergraduate education in 1991 at Boğaziçi University, Department of Civil Engineering.

He has over 25 years of managerial experience in construction, contracting, real estate, and energy sectors, with entrepreneurial expertise. Orhun Kartal has led the development and delivery of numerous contracting and construction projects across more than seven countries on three continents, managing over 6,000 employees. While focusing on construction, energy, and agriculture sectors, he has made significant contributions particularly in renewable energy projects, especially solar energy. Additionally, he continues to invest in agricultural production and real estate.

From 1991 to 2012, he served as Chairman and Co-Founder of Kayı İnşaat A.Ş. In 2013, he founded Hun Group of Companies to develop, operate, and invest in renewable energy projects such as hydroelectric and solar power plants. He currently serves as Chairman and Founder of Hun Group, which operates solar power plants with a total capacity of 120 MW in Turkey and Eastern Europe, as well as a 40 MW hydroelectric power plant in Turkey.

In 2017, he acquired Koray Construction and Real Estate Group, where he serves as Chairman and Majority Shareholder. Koray Construction and Real Estate Group has successfully completed numerous construction projects including shopping malls, hotels, towers, educational buildings, school campuses, and residential projects in Turkey and internationally in countries such as Russia, the UK, Jordan, Azerbaijan, and Saudi Arabia. He is married and has three children.

A graduate of the Department of Economics at Middle East Technical University, Oruç Burak KAVUNCU completed his master's degree in the Department of Banking at Gazi University. He has over 20 years of senior management experience in the fields of risk management, financial affairs, and finance. Throughout his career, he has taken an active role in financial planning, corporate structuring, operational management, and strategic decision-making processes. He has served as CEO of Koray Group of Companies since 2019. Between May 2022 and February 2026, he served as General Manager at Hun Yenilenebilir Enerji Üretim A.Ş., managing the company's strategic and operational activities during this period. He currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors of Hun Yenilenebilir Enerji Üretim A.Ş., and has experience in corporate governance, finance, and senior executive management.

Born in Istanbul in 1980, İlker Hakan Kayhan graduated from Saint Benoit French High School in 1999 and from Boğaziçi University’s Department of Mechanical Engineering in 2004. After completing his Master’s degree in Engineering and Technology Management at Boğaziçi University in 2007, he finished the MBA programs at INSEAD (Paris-Singapore) in 2009.

With nearly 20 years of experience in business development, investment, finance, and M&A (mergers and acquisitions), İlker began his career in 2004 at Unilever Turkey’s Business Development Department. Between 2005 and 2009, he worked as Business Development Manager at GOSB Technopark, and from 2009 to 2014, he served as Investment Manager at Kerten Turkey Private Equity Fund.

In 2014, he joined Hun Holding as Investment and Business Development Director, took on the role of General Manager in 2016, managing the development, installation, and financing processes of the group’s domestic and international renewable energy investments.

Since early 2021, he has been a member of Koray Holding’s Executive Board and, from October 1, 2021, serves as a Board Member at Hun Renewable Energy Production Inc.

Born in 1968, he graduated from Boğaziçi University, Faculty of Engineering, Department of Civil Engineering in 1993, and earned his Executive MBA in Management Sciences from Sabancı University in 2012. He began his career in 1993. Between 1993 and 1995, he worked as a Corporate Commercial Marketing Specialist at Garanti Bank. From 1996 to 2001, he served as Corporate Marketing Manager at Interbank A.Ş., and from 2001 to 2003, he worked as Corporate Branch Manager at Halkbank A.Ş. After progressing through various positions, he served as Deputy General Manager at Akbank A.Ş. between 2017 and 2018. During his tenure at Akbank from 2003 to 2018, he also held roles as Board Member and Chairman of the Credit Committee at Ak Finansal Kiralama A.Ş., Akbank AG, and Ak Yatırım Menkul Değerler A.Ş. between 2015 and 2018.

Kadir Kırhan Uluçay was born in 1968 in Ankara. He graduated from Middle East Technical University’s Department of Civil Engineering in 1990. Between 1990 and 2005, he served as Project Manager on various domestic sites for Tepe İnşaat A.Ş. and Öztaş İnşaat A.Ş., and on projects in Russia and Azerbaijan for İdil İnşaat A.Ş. and Gama İnşaat A.Ş. From 2006 to 2018, he completed various projects as a country manager at Bilyap İnşaat A.Ş. Since 2019, he has been providing consultancy services independently.

A graduate of Istanbul University's Department of Business Administration, Burhan Karademir holds a master's degree in Accounting and Finance from Marmara University and a Ph.D. in Accounting and Auditing from Istanbul Commerce University.

He began his professional career as an auditor at Yıldız Holding, where he carried out audit activities across a wide range of functions including production, sales, marketing and human resources. He subsequently served as Internal Audit Manager at Gözde Girişim Sermayesi Yatırım Ortaklığı A.Ş.

Between 2013 and 2017, he held the positions of Business Development, Internal Audit, Production and Logistics Director at Azmüsebat Çelik A.Ş., contributing to the company's organizational transformation and leading the effective execution of numerous processes, including the implementation of SAP systems, production planning and cost management.

In 2018, he joined Koray Holding A.Ş. as Director of Financial Affairs, where he coordinated all of the holding company's financial operations and managed tax planning, financial reporting (BR/QBR) and financial strategy processes.

Appointed General Manager of Kartal Yenilenebilir Enerji Üretim A.Ş. in April 2021, he helped shape the company's vision and played a key role in achieving its strategic growth targets. During this period, he established structures focused on operational efficiency, team management and sustainability within the renewable energy sector.

After leaving this position in 2024, Karademir was appointed General Manager of Koray Girişim Sermayesi Yatırım Ortaklığı A.Ş. in February 2025, a role he continues to hold.

With deep expertise in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), SAP systems and risk management, Karademir continues to create value in the capital markets and venture investment space through his analytical perspective and corporate governance experience. He is married and resides in Istanbul.
